Because each of our magnets is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. That said, we’re deeply committed to making sure your order reflects the quality and care Aloha Squared is known for.
If your magnet arrives damaged or you’re not happy with the quality, please contact us within 30 days at quality@alohasquared.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem. We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue which we may request for return of the magnet. We are always happy to create and send you a replacement of the same photo magnet — our way of making it right.
Your memories matter to us, and we’ll always do our best to ensure they’re preserved beautifully.
