Orders & Processing
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your magnet size, upload your photo directly from your phone or computer, and add it to your cart. We’ll take care of the rest!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since each magnet is custom-made, we begin processing quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
How long does it take to process my order?
Since orders are handmade they are packaged, and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.
Customization & Product Details
What kind of photos work best?
Bright, high-resolution photos with clear subjects work best. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily cropped images for the best results.
Do you edit or color-correct photos?
Yes! We lightly adjust brightness, contrast, and color to ensure your magnet looks its best.

Are the magnets durable?
Yes! All of our magnets use high-quality glossy photo paper and premium magnet materials that are made to last. We take pride in creating magnets that are sturdy, durable, and made with care to ensure lasting quality.
Are the magnets waterproof?
Both our custom button and vinyl photo magnets have clear protective films on them making the photos water-resistant but not waterproof.
Are the magnets scratch resistant?
Our custom button and vinyl photo magnets are made with a clear protective film that helps guard against everyday scratches. While they’re durable for regular use, applying strong force or sharp objects could still leave marks.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All magnets are handmade in Hawai‘i and shipped directly from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not.
How long will shipping take?
U.S. orders: Hawaii orders take between 1-3 days. For continental US may arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
*During holiday season shipping can vary and take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping promotions from time to time—keep an eye out!
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Do you accept returns on custom items?
Because each of our magnets is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. That said, we’re deeply committed to making sure your order reflects the quality and care Aloha Squared is known for.
If your magnet arrives damaged or you’re not happy with the quality, please contact us within 30 days at quality@alohasquared.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem. We will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue and we may request return of the magnet.
Your memories matter to us, and we’ll always do our best to ensure they’re preserved beautifully. This is our way of making it right!
Non Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Gifts
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! You can ship directly to your recipient and even add a gift note at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—we offer digital gift cards so your loved ones can create their own custom magnets. Please keep in mind that you need the recipients email address in order for it to be sent directly to them.
Will the package include prices?
No, gift orders do not include receipts with prices.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! If you’re ordering 20+ magnets for events, fundraisers, or gifts, send us a message for special pricing. You can email us at help@alohasquared.com.
Can I use these magnets outdoors or on my car?
Our magnets are meant for indoor use (like refrigerators or boards). They’re not designed for outdoor or vehicle use.
Do you offer bulk ordering?
